Ingredients

Each NZ Pure Health Hair Skin and Nail vege capsule contains: Vitamin C 200mg, Zinc Gluconate (Equivalent to Zinc 12.7mg) 107mg, Selenomethionine 0.5% (Equivalent to Selenium 150g) 30mg, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 100mg, Biotin 5mg and encapsulating aids.

This product contains no artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives.

Dosage

Take one (1) vege capsule daily with food or a glass of water as a dietary food supplement or as professionally advised.

What are the ingredients of Hair Skin and Nails?
Vitamin C (200mg): is an essential nutrient that supports immune function, aids in collagen production for healthy skin and acts as an antioxidant to protect cells from damage caused by free radicals.  It also aids in wound healing and the absorption of non-heme iron (the type of iron found in plant-based foods).

Zinc Gluconate (Equivalent to Zinc 12.7mg): is an essential mineral that plays a crucial role in many bodily functions, including immune support, wound healing, DNA synthesis and protein metabolism.

Selenomethionine (Equivalent to Selenium 150ug): is a trace mineral that functions as an antioxidant and is important for maintaining a healthy immune system.  It also supports the thyroid gland and is involved in DNA synthesis.

Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3 100mg): is important for various enzymatic reactions in the body and is involved in energy production, DNA repair, and skin health.  It can also help maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
