If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unopened and in good condition product within 30 days of purchase for a refund, replacement, or credit. We offer some flexibility regarding this timeframe to account for order delivery times.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a packing error and sent the incorrect product with your order.
Shipping fees may apply if a package is returned to our office because the destination country's customs office refuses entry of health products, or because the customer refuses to pay the customs fees. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by your country.
- We cannot accept the return of damaged or opened products.
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the day you received your order.
- Refunds or credits will be issued within 30 days of receiving your return, and a confirmation email will be sent.
- If you are returning products, you must pay for shipping unless we made a mistake with your order.
