General Delivery Information
- We offer FREE COURIERED DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over $75 (NZD).
- International orders are welcome, and we offer Airmail or Express Courier delivery (DHL or FedEx) to best suit your needs
- We will dispatch your order within 1-3 working days.
- If you have any special delivery instructions, please enter them in the field provided in the Shopping Cart.
New Zealand Delivery
- We offer FREE COURIER DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over NZ $75. Orders under $75: $7.00 Standard delivery or $7.50 Rural delivery

All orders are sent with Track & Trace. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

You can expect to receive your goods within 1-3 working days of having placed your order.
- Deliveries are sent non-signature unless otherwise requested. If you're not home, the courier may leave your parcel at your door or in a safe place. If it's not safe to do so, a calling card will be left.
- If delivery is to a business, please include the business name in the delivery address. We can also send to PO Boxes and Rural Delivery addresses. If you have any special delivery instructions, please add them in the shopping cart notes field.
Australian Delivery
- We offer FREE DELIVERY to Australia on orders over $200 (NZD). Orders under $200: delivery rates are shown in the table below.
- Orders under $200: the option of Tracked Airmail or DHL Express Courier
- DHL Express delivers to physical addresses only (no PO Boxes).
International Delivery
- We offer FREE DELIVERY worldwide* on all orders over $250 (NZD). For orders under $250 (NZD), see the options in the table below.
- FREE DELIVERY worldwide includes standard Track & Trace.
- Orders under $250: the option of Tracked Airmail or Express Courier
- DHL Express delivers to physical addresses only (no PO Boxes).
- You may enter your delivery address in your local language (e.g. Chinese) at check-out or email us your order number and your address in your local language to INFO@NZPUREHEALTH.COM. We require the delivery address also in English to ensure accurate processing with the New Zealand Postal Service.
- Please note that shipments to South Korea: orders are limited to a maximum of 6 products per send/order.

International Customs and Imports
Customs and import regulations vary by country, and it is your responsibility to ensure the products you order are permitted in your location. NZ Pure Health cannot accept liability for refunds, replacements, or any costs resulting from customs delays, restrictions, or confiscation by local authorities. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility. For further information, please get in touch with your local customs office.
