Shipping & Delivery

Due to the global Covid-19 pandemic please expect delays to our normal delivery time-frames below. New Zealand orders have returned to normal delivery time-frames. For international orders the delay could be between 10 - 20 business days depending on your location. Delays are due to reduced freight flights and demand on global courier services.

If you require faster delivery service there is an option to select DHL Express courier at the checkout.

General Delivery Information
  • We offer FREE COURIERED DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over $75 (NZD) total.
  • International orders are welcome and we offer you a choice of either Airmail or Express Courier delivery to best suit your needs.
  • We are currently not shipping to Ireland
  • We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.
  • If you have any special delivery instructions please convey these via the field provided on the Shopping Cart.
New Zealand Delivery
  • We offer FREE COURIER DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over NZ $75 total. For orders under this amount, delivery is just $6.00

  • All orders are sent with 'Track & Trace'. You will receive an email with your tracking number at the time your order is dispatched.

  • You can expect to receive your goods within 1-3 working days of having placed your order.
  • We send non-signature unless otherwise requested. If you're not home when they call, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver will typically leave your parcel either at your door or close by. If they don't think it safe to leave, they'll leave a card to call.
  • If delivery is to a business you must include the business name in your delivery address. We can also send to PO Boxes and Rural Delivery addresses.
Australian Delivery
    • We offer FREE DELIVERY to Australia on all orders over $200 (NZD) total. For orders under this amount, see options in the Delivery Rates table below.
    • If your order is under $200 you have a choice of either Tracked Airmail or DHL Express Courier to best suit your needs.
    • Please note DHL Express CANNOT deliver to a PO Box.
    • If you choose Express Courier, once your order has been processed you will be sent a tracking number by DHL Online Shipping which will have a link you can click on to access Track & Trace.
    International Delivery
    • We offer FREE DELIVERY worldwide* on all orders over $250 (NZD) total. For orders under this amount, see options in the table below.
    • FREE DELIVERY worldwide includes ‘Track & Trace’.
    • *We are currently not shipping to Ireland
    • If your order is under $250 you have a choice of either Airmail or DHL Express Courier delivery to best suit your needs.
    • Please note DHL Express CANNOT deliver to a PO Box.
    • You can enter your delivery address in your local language (e.g. Chinese) at check-out or email us with your order number and your address in your local language at INFO@NZPUREHEALTH.COM and we will put this on the parcel as well as the address in English to assist with accurate delivery. Please email us as soon as you place your order as we dispatch new orders very quickly.
    • If you choose Express Courier, once your order has been processed you will be sent a tracking number by DHL Online Shipping which will have a link you can click on to access Track & Trace. If you loose this email, please email us on INFO@NZPUREHEALTH.COM and we can resend the email to you.

    International Customs and Imports

    Customs and import regulations vary widely between country to country. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that the products that you have ordered are not prohibited/restricted in your country. NZ Pure Health accepts no liability for the refund/replacement of any products or any costs relating to or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your country's customs or any other regulatory body.

    Likewise, any import duties or taxes on your orders are not our responsibility. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information if required.

    Your order hasn’t arrived

    Generally, all orders will be received in the time-frame specified above. In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn’t reach you within the expected time frame  contact us at INFO@NZPUREHEALTH.COM. We will perform a check with the postal authorities.
