After you have completed your order, you will receive a computer generated receipt of your order by email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email again with confirmation of this. If you don't get a reply within a day, please email us because you might have sent us an email address with a typing error or your provider has been offline.

If your order does not appear in your 'order history account' then you have not fully completed and confirmed your order. Please email us with your order details.
Online Payment Gateway via DPS (Direct Payment Solutions) accepts Visa/Master/ American Express and Diners Club Credit Cards
For online payment you will be directly linked to the DPS Payment Gateway. DPS payment gateway will process your credit card information for payment securely.
Furthermore, all customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. All raw data is kept on a stand-alone computer behind a firewall. No raw personal data is kept online anywhere.
Email or Fax Orders
If you would like to send us an order via email or fax, we will manually process your order. Please provide us with the products you would like and credit card details.This can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to us +64 9 444 2889. Once payment has been received your order will be processed and dispatched.
