I bought this to help me sleep but it has done more than that. I use it with MSM (same brand) and I dont get hormonal headaches, sore neck or bleeding noses anymore. I also sleep alot better. I take these two products about 1 hour before bed. Sometimes earlier. They are lovely to talk to on the phone as well.
